Since 2015 I work as an independent management consultant. With a total work experience of 20+ years.
My assignments focus on business and IT architecture including business and IT strategies, (digital) business models, shaping business services, requirements analysis, business process analysis and design. Regularly, the assignments require implementation and set-up of appropriate architecture governance and developing a masterplan to implement target architectures.
Often, assignments include introduction, tailoring and coaching of process and architecture frameworks like TOGAF, or agile development methods.
I easily interact with many functions and levels of organizations (e.g. sales, marketing, strategy, controlling, finance, procurement, IT/technology) including C-levels.
The skill to communicate appropriately to different audiences combined with my strong background in business, architecture and technology are my foundation of success.
Flexibility, commitment, taking ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking especially in times of uncertainty are my assets that I like to contribute in challenging environments.
